It is intended for anyone who wants to feel better and decides to solve their problems. The RUŠ method has been working for many years and has already helped many thousands of people get rid of their problems completely and permanently. Its uniqueness is that it is very fast and efficient.
RUŠ is a Czech abbreviation for Fast and efficient change of reality.
The principle of the method is very simple. I find the problem, name it, accept it, and it is gone . Since different people have different personal prerequisites and different perceptions of their own feelings, a comprehensive system has been created gradually, so that the method can help all types of people.
FOR WHOM IS THE METHOD INTENDED?
The method is intended for everyone who knows that he/she has a problem/problems and is decided to resolve them. It is intended for a therapist working with a client, and particularly for individuals working on themselves.
WHAT EXACTLY CAN BE RESOLVED USING THE RUŠ METHOD?
The RUŠ Method can resolve any problem: psychological (emotional), physical (bodily), and mental (thought-based)… We have people coming in critical and life changing moments, tackling fundamental life problems and situations, facing relationship, work-related or personal issues.
Others want to resolve their ailments and diseases. And we also meet people who are more or less happy with only few things not going smoothly in their lives. They want to have a better quality of life and to improve it. They want to live happily in all the areas of their life.
The RUŠ Method can also resolve any experienced trauma. If someone hurt you (during an attack, rape, burglary…) or you were the one hurting someone (i.e. during a car accident), this burden can be resolved completely, as if it has never happened. The unpleasant feelings are removed completely and although the experienced event remains in the person’s memory, they won’t experience such a situation again). And yet, it is irrelevant how long ago the situation occurred.
If I have unpleasant feelings (emotional or physical) from anything in my life, for instance: it bothers me, I feel angry, I feel sorry, I feel regret, I cannot come to terms with it, I feel sad about it, I am jealous, I am annoyed… and also I have a pricking pain in my back, I have a headache, I have a knot in my stomach, I suffer from this and that disease, ailment… These are my feelings and it is myself whose life they make unpleasant. And it is irrelevant whether my unpleasant feelings concern me personally or someone else. It is me who has the negative feelings. Thus, it is only me who can permanently change and resolve them.
THE RUŠ METHOD IS BASED ON SEVERAL SIMPLE PRINCIPLES
- Unpleasant feelings arise after a thought.
- Any situation in itself is neither good nor bad, it is neutral. It is only after a thought (after our designation) that pleasant or unpleasant feeling occurs. Or they remain neutral, depending on the thought I choose.
- The author of the method, Karel Nejedly, has come to realize that a feeling always follows a thought. His knowledge is based on many years of his therapeutic practice with thousands of clients, and we verify this truth daily when working on ourselves and our clients.
LET US LEARN TO PERCEIVE OURSELVES
If you learn to perceive your inner world well – to be aware of your feelings and changes in your body – then, using a reverse procedure (which thought caused me this feeling?), you can find the primary thought and resolve it (”delete” or eliminate from your life). This, of course, requires some practice.
Most of us are not aware of our thoughts. We object that we haven’t really been thinking about anything, while still having unpleasant feelings.
This results from the fact that our mind is associative.
THE ASSOCIATIVE MIND
Our body has an amazing memory with a huge capacity. It carefully follows and records everything in every moment of our life. It is a huge amount of information. Some of it passes through our consciousness (what I can see, feel, hear…), while we are not aware of the others (e.g. sugar level in blood, pressure, body temperature). Everything is stored in our memory as in a perfectly maintained archive.
Imagine the situation that is very unpleasant for you. For instance, your mum gets angry with you after you do something… You say to yourself: “She is mad at me.” The whole thing is carefully recorded and stored in your “archive”. And you forget.
After some (even a very long) time you may get into a situation which in one way or the another reminds you – your hidden database – of that particular situation. You may meet a woman in a shop, who, for instance, has the same hairdo like your mum back then. Your body automatically switches to the mode in which it was back then (you will start to have the same feelings), and you experience again: “She is mad at me.” And the lady will give you a good scolding.
At that moment, your original thought “She is mad at me” “only” got reactivated, which made you experience a similar situation as previously in your childhood. The good news is that you can change this.
